As the NHU VA production line is under maintenance from July till the end of August, ZMC is under maintenance from 1st of August to 15th of September, and another European factory has suspended VA production for maintenance for 6 weeks since the beginning of August, the supply became very tight and some domestic factory quoted as high as 470-480RMB/kg. Meanwhile, an accident hit a factory’s Shangyu base on 19th of August. The market was anxious that the maintenance season may be extended. As a result, the price is rising.
It was said that Tianxin Pharma stopped VB1 production for 60 days since 30th of June. And Huazhong Pharma suspended its line for unpleasant odor. Accordingly, the price bounced back as the supply is less.
