Market Comments and Concern
Corn/Maize
Corn price went weak today. Since the selling of wet grain from Northeast China is ending and the resource is reducing, the drop in corn price went gentle. The selling volume of wet grain from North China will be further reducing from the end of March to the beginning of April, thus the oversupply status will be improved to some extent. Meanwhile, with the consumption of end users’ inventory, the trading will be resumed. It is predicted that corn price will bottom out and rise by the end of March and the expectation on a stronger corn price from the end of March to the first half of April will not change.
