Market Comments and Concern
Soybean Meal
The future soybean price at CBOT was closed with little rise since the USDA report of August is beneficial to soybean market, while the possibly approaching little rainfall to central and west America will be helpful for the soybean growth, which limited the rise in soybean price.
In China the demand on soybean meal was overdrawn for the feed millers’ stocking recently, meanwhile the continuously warming soybean oil price improved oil plants’ profit in processing. Later on the major support to soybean meal price is the demand on poultry and livestock feed. It is estimated that soybean meal price will remain slightly weak.
