Screw: It is the main component of the extruder. The parameters representing the structure of the screw include diameter, pitch, root diameter, helix angle and blade cross-sectional structure. The length-to-diameter ratio of the extrusion part and the gap between the screw and the inner wall of the expansion chamber also have a great influence on the performance of the extruder.
Discharge mold: It is the final pass of the product through the extruder. He has a great influence on the shape, texture, density, appearance, characteristics of the product and the output of the extruder. The bearing box part is mainly composed of the bearing box body, main shaft, bearing, shaft sleeve, left and right end caps, sealing ring and round nut. The oil filter cooling system is mainly composed of oil pump, cooler, oil filter, valve, connecting pipe and so on.
common problem
1. After the equipment has been running for a period of time, the bearings have worn out. Need to adjust the bearing clearance;
2. The steam flows back into the feeder, causing the feeder to block;
3. The raw material processing extruder will often get stuck due to the lack of modulation processing.
4. Different puffed materials have different pressure, temperature and screw configuration requirements. The screw in the puffed cavity should be adjusted accordingly and the corresponding materials should be processed according to different needs.
