Material: Carcass can be made from Polyester EP, Nylon NN, Cotton CC, and Polyester Cotton TC.
Cover rubber classifications under different applications: general, oil-resistant, acid-alkali resistant, cold-resistant, anti-static, flame retardant, abrasion-resistant and heat resistant; top cover classifications under different surface shapes: flat belt and patterned belt.

A:A conveyor belt is the carrying medium of a belt conveyor system (often shortened to belt conveyor). A belt conveyor system is one of many types of conveyor systems. A belt conveyor system consists of two or more pulleys (sometimes referred to as drums), with an endless loop of carrying medium-the conveyor belt-that rotates about them. One or both of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called the idler pulley. There are two main industrial classes of belt conveyors; Those in general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a factory and bulk material handling such as those used to transport large volumes of resources and agricultural materials, such as grain, salt, coal, ore, sand, overburden and more.
3. Q:How do you pack the conveyor belts for long distance shipping?
A:It is decided by the scale of the order. Usually if the weight of conveyor belts is over 500kg, wooden pallet with special reinforcement for fixing will be applied for packing; if the weight is less than 500kg, most probably the goods will be packed in plywood case. However, if the buyer would like to pay for the FCL, bulk packing with fixing measures will also be adopted.
