1. Q:What is the structure of pulverizer?

A:A pulverizer mainly consists of a stander, a grinding system, a grading system, a feeding system, a hydraulic opening mechanism as well as a main motor driving part for grinding and a motor driving part for grading. The grinding system is composed of a main shaft, a grinding disc, a teeth ring and a grinding chamber; the grading system is composed of a grading impeller shaft, a grading impeller, a convex cover and a discharge chamber. The main motor runs in vertical driving way; the frequency conversion motors with frequency converters are used for both grading and feeding, so as to realize stepless speed regulation and remote control.

2. Q:When should I check and change my pulverizer teeth liner?

A:Once obvious reduction in productivity is noticed, you may need to check and replace your teeth liner if necessary;

If uneven ground particle size or averagely increased particle size is watched, you may need to check and replace your teeth liner if necessary;

When you find violently increased noise and vibration is occurring, you may need to check and clean your teeth liner if required.

3. Q:How to disassemble the teeth liner from my pulverizer?

A:1)Loosen the bolts between the convex cover and grinding chamber, dismount the bolts between the discharge outlet and the discharge air pipe, pull the reversing valve of the hydraulic system to the open position and pull the handle of the manual hydraulic pump, start up the grading system to the required position and plug in the safety pin on the opening arm of the hydraulic opening mechanism. If a hydraulic opening mechanism is not adopted, the grading system can be hoisted (including the motor for grading, shaft coupling, support of the motor for grading, discharge chamber and convex cover) and moved to a proper shelf to prevent the grading impeller from touching the floor and bending the impeller shaft due to collision.

2)After loosening all the fastening screws in the lower part of the outer wall of the grinding chamber, the teeth liner can be hoisted out. As for reassembling, pay attention to the installation direction of the teeth liner.

4. Q:What size of teeth liner could you supply?
