Market Comments and Concern
Cotton Seed Meal
Recently soybean meal price continued increasing inspired by foreign markets. Meanwhile, with the high cotton seed cost and low operation rate of cotton seed oil plants for few profit, cotton seed meal output is very limited. The processors are willing to back the price, instead of selling out. However, since the demand from breeding industry has been slowly resumed and will not increase greatly in a short term, there is still few cotton seed meal trading in the market. Therefore, the rise in cotton seed meal price will be restrained. It is predicted that cotton seed meal will remain slightly strong in a short term.
