Market Comments and Concern
Soybean Meal
Though the demand of soybean meal is reducing in China for the ASF epidemic and feed formula adjustment, China domestic soybean meal market is highly correlated with US soybean as it is highly dependent on importation. With the deepening bull market of US soybean, soybean meal kept bouncing back under higher cost and market sentiment. With the massive arrival of Brazil soybean at China ports, the operating rate of oil plants continued increasing. Meanwhile, the increasing soybean meal stock will suppress the price. It is estimated that soybean meal price will be fluctuating in a big range.
