(1) Preparation before starting
1. Check the integrity and tightening of the parts, especially the high-speed running parts such as hammers, the fixing must be firm.
2. Check whether the crusher is secure on the machine base.
3. Check the lubrication of the bearing.
4. Open the door of the crushing room and check for any debris in the crushing room.
5. Check the tightness of the deflector and remove the debris attracted by the magnet.
(2) Turn on
1. After the above inspection is completed, start the motor with no-load operation. If the technical conditions of each part are normal, the load can be operated after the speed is normal.
2. During operation, there should be no jamming and friction sound.
3. The sieve must be installed firmly, sealed, and no leakage, and the sieve frame should be tightly fixed.
4. If abnormal noise, discharge blockage or overheating of the bearing or motor are found during the work, the feeding should be stopped and the machine should be stopped for inspection to eliminate the fault.
5. At the end of the work, the residual materials of each part of the machine should be cleaned. The machine must be cleaned with a tarpaulin after a long period of shutdown.
