Market Comments and Concern
Soybean Meal
Soybean price at CBOT surged following corn, because of the booming commercial and technical buying orders, and the tight soybean supply in US local market.
Inspired by the foreign market, soybean meal price keep increasing today. Domestic future soybean meal market is recovering thanks to the first round of general rise in commodity price. The price from oil plants increased 50.00-60.00 RMB per ton, while 10.00-40.00 RMB from traders. With the rise of temperature, aquaculture will be massively carried out and swine on hand will be recovering. As a result, soybean meal price will be backed because of the expectation on increased market demand. During the season of soybean plantation, market hype would be triggered by weather change at any time. US soybean is expected to continue increasing its price, beneficial to soybean meal. Generally, it is predicted that soybean meal price may remain vibrating in a short term.
