Market Comments and Concern
Soybean Meal
The future soybean price was going weak for active technical selling and the possible rainfall in northwest part of central and west America as per weather forecast. Meanwhile, the price was further suppressed by the drop in global vegetable oil price. However, soybean market was supported by the strong exportation recently.
The failure in US soybean price rising weakened oil plants’ will to back price and again the market is watching the trend. However, since the swine breeding stock has reverted to normal level and the will to expand poultry farming was enhanced, soybean meal price was also supported. It is estimated that soybean meal price will remain slightly weak following US soybean price.
